Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Reeve Sign ("the Service"), an electronic signature platform operated by Reeve Consult Ltd, registered in England and Wales (Company № 14872319) ("Reeve", "we", "us").

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract under the laws of England and Wales. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the Service to send, receive, sign, and store electronic envelopes for lawful purposes. You will not:

Use the Service to commit, facilitate, or assist any unlawful act;
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
Interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or other accounts;
Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malicious code.

3. Electronic signatures

Signatures captured via the Service are intended to qualify as Simple Electronic Signatures under UK eIDAS (the United Kingdom retained EU Regulation No 910/2014, as amended) and the Electronic Communications Act 2000. You agree that documents executed via the Service have the same legal effect as if signed in writing, and waive any objection to their admissibility on the sole basis of their electronic form.

4. Audit trail and certificate

For each envelope, Reeve maintains an audit chain capturing: envelope creation, recipient delivery, opens, consents, signatures, declines, voids, and completion. On completion, a Certificate of Completion is generated and made available to the sender; a tamper-evident hash is published at the public verify URL.

5. Subscription and fees

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are set out at point of purchase. Fees are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded under English law. We do not provide legal advice; you are responsible for ensuring that the documents you send through Reeve Sign are appropriate for your use case. Our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
