Cookie Policy

Last updated 24 May 2026
Placeholder copy pending UK lawyer review. This document is a working draft for the Reeve Sign demo. The launched version will be reviewed for UK eIDAS, UK GDPR, the Electronic Communications Act 2000, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 before public release.

This Cookie Policy explains how Reeve Sign uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. We follow the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

1. What we use

Strictly necessary

Session cookies that keep you signed in, remember your CSRF token, and preserve your last-selected workspace. These do not require consent because the Service cannot function without them.

Preferences

Local storage entries that remember your language, theme, and demo data while you trial the Service. These are stored on your device only.

Analytics

If you opt in, we set first-party analytics cookies to measure aggregated usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. Your choices

You can clear cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings. You can opt out of analytics from within Reeve Sign settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.

3. Public verify URL

The public verify page at app.reevesign.com/verify/<envelope-id> does not set any cookies. It runs entirely on first-party static assets and computes the document hash in your browser via the Web Cryptography API.
